Social Media Videos Significantly Increase Website Traffic

A large part of digital marketing is about driving traffic to a website to increase conversions, promote events and other opportunities to sell. This is all true for our client Brian Wilson, who’s been busy this past year with two new albums, a documentary, and an upcoming Summer tour with the band Chicago. In creating original videos, we’ve seen increases of over 200% on Brian’s website traffic, and they’ve been instrumental in getting the word out about these projects. Following are foru recent videos we created that have been particularly successful.

Our interview series with top musicians influenced by Brian has been very successful. Above is our video for Robin Pecknold, architect of the immensely popular band, Fleet Foxes. Website traffic included Brian’s fans, must most importantly, a new audience of Fleet Foxes fans.

Our recent redesign of Brian Wilson’s website resulted in a 2,000% increase in website visitors, due to the innovative website design and access to Brian’s rare demos of recordings. We created a music video for Brian’s 1995 “Desert Drive” demo, that takes viewers on a trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. The video was a viral hit and was featured in Rolling Stone and Pitchfork.

Another interview in our series was with Oscar and Grammy-nominated songwriter Stephen Bishop. The interview was promoted on both Brian and Stephen’s social media pages, driving significant traffic to the website. The video design mirrors Stephen’s classic song “On and On.”

We were honored to take rare background harmony takes from Brian during a session for the legendary Beach Boys Pet Sounds album. The TikTok video sequence went viral, with nearly 1 millsion views and quadrupling Brian’s TikTok following.
